Coffee in from Industry Beans, and extracted on a custom 2 group custom La Marzocco Linea. They’re running the Winter Blend at the moment, which is made up of a washed lot from the Maua washing station in Kenya is, and a washed lot from Panama. Together they create a swet cup, with sweet berry and fig notes.
The menu is driven by fresh healthy ingredients, with options like Smoked Salmon Bagels Baked Eggs with house made Napoli sauce and field mushrooms, Waldorf-ish salad with coconut poached chicken, and 63 degree eggs on sourdough.
The team here have certainly produced evidence that they have a clear understanding of what makes a great coffee.
