Everyday Midtown

The Everyday Coffee crew have opened a sister cafe in the heart of Melbourne CBD.
Its located on Little Collins Street, squeezed in between Swanston and Russell Streets, and only a stones throw from Sensory Lab.

They’ve taken their trademark focus on consistent coffee, into the heart of Melbourne, and also have a retail space for those who want to brew at home. In true CBD form, the space is free from tables and chairs, and a commercial kitchen. The main bar is made from concrete, where both batch brew and espresso coffee reins supreme. I sat perched upon the timber bench, and sipped on a long black made using the Las Mercedez Honduran Single origin. This washed Catuai / Bourbon , from Intibuca, had a smooth body, with nutty notes.
