The top end of Spring street is well caffeinated from 6am, thanks to Supagrind. If the lengthy line snaking from the takeaway window is anything to go by, then they must be doing something right. A quick glance at the hopper revealed Axils Colombian El Penol beans being ground this morning. This washed Caturra varietal made for a smooth cup, with panela sweetness, and roasted nut notes.

This family owner CBD spot has been not even been operating a year yet, but the team have decades of experience. The fit out is contemporary, with a Tiffany blue accent, and lots of greenery tk contrast the concrete jungle outside

Their breakfast and lunch menu is modern, with popular options like the Breakkie Bruschetta with poached eggs and grilled halloumi; Sweet Potato Rosti with honey bacon; Ricotta hotcakes with berry and rhubarb compote; and the Wagyu Burger with caramelised balsamic onion
