Campos started in Sydney, but my first experience with their coffee was down at their Carlton roastery. Visiting Campos at they Barangaroo coffee bar was quite an experience. Set in the lobby of International Tower 2, this gorgeous bar serves up both the Campos Superior blend, and single origin offerings.

Grown at 1495 meters above sea level, this washed Catuai is a Cup of Excellence Lot 13.
As a short black, it tasted just like Christmas cake.
