You’ve probably noticed I don’t share negative reviews. It’s driven by the fact that I was raised to “say nothing, if you have nothing nice to say”. As far as I’m concerned, it’s much healthier to share positive experiences, rather than denigrate and vilify other, which may I add- is done in abundance on social media.
That’s not to say I don’t have undesirable experiences. I just choose not to give those people oxygen. It’s not my job to belittle others. It really is that simple. If you don’t like it, that’s your problem, not mine. I will continue to share all the goodness I encounter.
Speaking of which- there’s no denying I am one of many who admire the Reformatory Caffeine Lab in Sydney. Heck, I willingly travel almost 900 kilometres to visit this standing room only coffee bar.
On any given day, they’ll have a menu that features at least 15 espresso and filter single origin options (most of which are Gesha, and or coffee beans that score above 90 according to SCAA standards). I strongly recommend anyone in the area drop in to try the La Palma Legendary Series Gesha as an espresso.
