Gratitude and Pride

Coffee isn’t just an art, or a science. It’s a way of life.

While traversing Melbourne in search of that golden experience, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some incredible people, and admire the commitment many display in their quest for quality. It reminds me that life demands we never become complacent or ungrateful, be it in work or in play.

Too often we get stuck in routine, and take for granted the fact that we have so much at our fingertips. Sharing a coffee with Rocky from Little Chloe Cafe allowed me to stop for a moment, and appreciate just how blessed I am to live in this great city, and have access to some of the world’s best coffee. Lot 52 from Jose Alfredo’s farm at Ninety Plus’ Panama estate is but one.

Naturally, it’s a rainbow of fruit flavours in the cup. It is no secret that I love finding fruit driven flavours in my coffee cup.

They say feeling grateful and not sharing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it, so today I’m showing my gratitude to Melbourne’s coffee culture. One of lifes greatest gifts (it shares the mantle with Hawthorn Football Club of course). I’m both proud and grateful today, for so many reasons.
