I’ve seen epic, then I saw this… and realised I aint seen nothing yet.

This was too good not to share.

My local café has just updated their menu, and they now offer Fresh Water Lobster with Squid Ink Pasta. It’s one even my nonna would move mountains for! Squid has long been a traditional food consumed in my family, due to our piscatorial heritage. My family hail from the Aeolian Island of Lipari, where seafood and pasta were staples in every kitchen.

Cote Terra have ingeniously brought the two together with this dish, and the locals are loving it.. As are my mob!
